IDD Group Home
Cornerstone is Sky Ridge’s newest South Anchorage residence, thoughtfully designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The home offers a warm, welcoming environment that encourages independence, personal growth, activity, and connection while providing individualized support.
The main residence features five private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, giving each resident privacy and personal space of their own. Generous shared areas include a large kitchen, dining and living space, a dedicated game room, a fitness room, and a trophy display created with active residents and Special Olympics participants in mind.
Cornerstone also includes an attached ADU with its own living space and kitchenette, offering additional flexibility for residents who may benefit from a more independent living arrangement while remaining close to staff and the broader Cornerstone community.

Legacy is a spacious South Anchorage residence designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Its single-level layout centers around a large great room, dining area, and kitchen with tall ceilings that create an open, comfortable place for everyday living, shared meals, and time together.
Just off the main living area, a separate game room provides flexible space for recreation, quieter activities, or private visits with family and friends outside of a resident’s bedroom. Five private bedrooms, five bathrooms, generous common areas, and a thoughtful residential layout give residents both independence and room to connect.

Sky Ridge homes are designed with Alaska living in mind. Each residence features an oversized heated garage with wide interior access, allowing residents to enter and leave the home in a protected environment away from snow, ice, wind, and extreme cold.
